It’s time to quit. Let’s face it, smoking is no longer the norm in society. It seems most restaurants and bars have banned smoking in their facilities. If you live in California you can not smoke any where except the privacy of your own home. I know first hand that even the prospect of quitting produces a feeling of panic in most smokers mind.
