Great Tips to Burn Fat Calories Quicker

Are you wondering how to boost your body to burn fat calories quicker? Losing weight can be a long and misguided path if you don’t take the time to learn what actually works and what’s a waste of time. Once you understand how to lose weight, then you have to figure out how to lose the right weight which is the fat.

To burn fat calories, you have to take a more designed approach than just exercising and eating less. You have to look deeper into aspects of both exercise and nutrition. In this article, I will give you 3 great tips to help boost your fat loss, and help you quickly transform your body into the shape you’ve been wanting.

1. What to eat.

Nutrition plays a vital role in all aspects of exercise and fitness. If you are wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, or even recover from an injury, you will want to play close attention to what you’re putting into your body. Since today’s article focuses on how to burn fat calories, I will stay on track with that path.

Like I mentioned before, it is more than just eating less. It’s about what foods you are taking in. First, never forget the basics. Stay away from foods with high sugar content (except fruit), highly fatty foods, and fried foods. Start replacing your carbohydrates with whole wheat products like pastas and breads. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Vegetables will give you the feeling of fullness which helps cut down on the unwanted snacks. Fruits are your friend. I know they have high sugar content but the benefits that each fruit is full of out weigh the fructose loaded food’s cons.

Don’t drop your calories too low either. If you start eating too little food, your body will believe it is starving. In the starving state, your mind wants to keep all the long term energy it can to survive. What does our body use for long term energy? That’s right, fats. You have to find that happy medium of calorie intake so that your not throwing your body into ketosis.

2. How to do cardio.

Doing cardio all day isn’t going to get the perfect results you’ve been wanting. To burn fat calories at a higher rate, you want to pay attention to how hard your cardio is. This all comes down to your heart rate during exercise.

When your heart rate is at different percentages of your max heart rate, your body burns a different proportion of carbs, fats, and proteins. For a close measure of what your perfect heart rate is for burning fat, consider getting your VO2 max tested. Without getting tested you can still estimate the best range. Keeping your heart rate between 60-70% of your max heart rate will yield the best results to burn fat calories. To find your max heart rate, subtract your age from 220.

A cardio session of 60-70% will be slower cardio pace. You don’t have to workout long hours at a rigorous pace to get the results you want.

Try these tips out and I’m sure you will burn the fat calories quickly.
