I realized that I had Adult ADD, went to the doctor and got on Adderal. I found that I no longer had the desire to smoke. One of the side effects of ADD is forming habits and almost being OCD about them. This can be drinking, cleaning excessively, etc. Whatever it is, people with ADD go overboard on what their habit is. Well I did not realize this or put two and two togeter but I did notice that I no longer needed the cigarate. The medicine changed my life. Not only do not I not smoke, I don't drink and I am thriving in every area of my life. My point here is that if you are a smoker, you may want to take an online survey to see if you have ADD.
